I have to give one of my best friends a shout out! Robert Mauti has just completed his first album down in Nashville! Growing up with him was such fun! We did a lot together through middle school and high school. I kinda grew used to how talented he is-he is basically good at everything he does. He has been singing since birth practically, and has traveled the world sharing his musical gifts.
One of my favorite things about Robert is his willingness to try new things! So it really wasn't a surprise when last year, he up and moved to Nashville with no warning. I do miss him being around all the time- we'd always do Kennywood in the fall, random movies/Olive Garden trips after church, and go to Justin Timberlake concerts together. He was my faithful companion and friend, the big brother I never had.
Robert is one of those people that I KNOW will make it. He is the most determined person- and almost makes his own success. But at the same time acknowledges that God's hand is on his life. His CD is awesome! I got it as a birthday gift from him, and I love every song! Check out His website to have a listen! Rachel Lampa even is a guest singer on "Here in His Presence".
