When it rains, it pours...

This week has been a whirlwind!

Sunday, my bff Maria and I went to look at apartments (and Monday....and Wednesday). The first apartment we saw is AMAZING! Since I am a wedding planner/fanatic, I will describe the experience as finding the dress that you know is "the one"--many people say the first dress they try is the one they end up getting.

However, Maria and I didn't want to jump the gun, so we went to look at another one in Bellvue on Monday. I liked it alot, but Maria wasn't sold on location and size...so Wednesday I went to look at a townhome in Ambridge. Don't get me wrong, it wasn't horrid, but it most certainly wasn't like the pictures on craigslist!

So...we applied for "the one" and waited nervously! There was a ton of interest in this apartment, and I wasn't super-optimistic about it BUT WE GOT IT! It is so adorable!! Here are some pics:

We are so excited about it. But I am really sad to be ending the Gibsonia chapter of my life. It's for sure bitter sweet. While I can't wait to be closer to my family and church and grad school and all that jazz, I have had some amazing times and memories with Beth. Never will you meet a more easy going roomie. =( She is a one in a million person and she will be missed! But Beth, you are always welcome at my new pad. It surely is big enough for you to sleep on the couch, or in the fireplace or something...

PS- I forgot to mention this apartment is a block away from my parents!! I AM SO EXCITED. My little sisters and brothers can pop over whenever, not to mention me and my mom can go walking and browsing around our favorite farmers market and Sewickley!!! I am thrilled to be closer to my family. Like I can't even tell you!!
